How do I make a booking?
Please contact us initially by email or via our contact tab.
Please provide us with as many of the important details that you already know regarding your event. A personalised quote will then be provided. If you wish to book then we will email you a copy of our terms and conditons. Initially a 50% booking fee will be due to confirm your date- by making this payment you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. The balance of your invoice will then be due 14 days before your event.
If your event includes items for hire then a damage deposit may also be required.
Can I build my own package?
We can be as flexible as you like, as long as our items are available then you are welcome to hire them. If you are wanting a certain look or theme please contact us and we will do our best to deliver.
What is the cancellation policy?
A booking fee is taken at the time of confirmation- this is non-refundable but if you wish to cancel your event then it is transferable to another booking (dates subject to availability). Any cancellations must be advised in writing 14 days before an event failure to do so will mean the full invoice amount will be payable.
How long can I hire your items for?
Most items are available to hire for the duration of your event or in some cases overnight. If you wish to hire any items for a longer period of time please contact us for prices and availability.
Are outdoor events weather dependant?
Unfortunately the weather is out of our hands. If the weather does take a turn then any outdoor booking will still go ahead. For table and backdrop hire we happy to arrange for this to be set up in an indoor location of your choice. We would always recommend having a back up option in case. If this is not possible then we are happy to re-arrange for another suitable date (subject to availability).
